The parties were referred for mediation to the Delhi High Court th Mediation and Conciliation Centre (Mediation Centre) via order dated 16 July, 2024, passed by the Joint Registrar. 2. Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled the dispute in mediation proceedings before the Mediation Centre. th 3. The Settlement Agreement dated 27 November, 2024 (hereinafter ‘Settlement Agreement’) has been placed on record and the same bears the signatures of the authorised representative of the plaintiff as well as the defendants. 4. I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful. 5.
The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. This is a digitally signed order.
