11195010220522 of 2022 registered with the Palanpur-West Police Station, District: Banaskantha for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 294(b), 506(2) and 114 of IPC and Sections 3 and 7 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The dispute has been compromised and settled amicably between the parties. The respondent No. 2 has agreed to quash the questioned FIR and all consequential proceedings thereon. 4. Considering this aspect, continuation of further proceedings but nothing to harassment to the parties. 5. Resultantly, this application is allowed and the impugned F. I. R. bearing C. R. No. 11195010220522 of 2022 registered with the Palanpur-West Police Station, District: Banaskantha filed against present applicants is hereby quashed and set aside and all other proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR is also quashed and set aside.
