JUSTICE RAMESHWAR VYAS Order 16/12/2020 This intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated 03. 12.
2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in SBCWP No. 12329/2020, whereby on the application preferred by the appellant/writ-petitioner, the amount of fine/cost imposed vide order dated 20. 11. 2020, a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- to be deposited with Rajasthan State Legal Service Authority, has been reduced to Rs. 1,00,000/-. (2 of 2) [SAW-628/2020] The reasons for imposing the fine are recorded in the order dated 20. 11. 2020, which is not impugned before us in this intra-court appeal. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Single Judge has already reduced the amount of fine/cost substantially. The matter is still pending consideration before the learned Single Judge. We are not inclined to interfere with the interlocutory order passed by the learned Single Judge. It is open for the petitioner to make a prayer before the learned Single Judge for waiver of the fine/cost at the appropriate stage, if so advised. The appeal is dismissed.
