Both the learned senior counsels appearing for the appellants submit that the appellants be permitted to withdraw both these appeals with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available under law. Abhinav Sharma, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that he has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsels for the appellants, but with the caveat that only 2 RFA No. 32/2022 CAV No. 894/2022 c/w RFA No. 19/2022 a week’s time be granted to the appellants to avail the appropriate remedy as available under law. 3. In view of the above, both the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants to avail the appropriate remedy as available under law within a period of three weeks from today and till then no coercive action shall be taken against the appellants. 4. In the event, the appellants do not avail the appropriate remedy as available under law within in the abovementioned time, this order shall cease to be in operation.
