It has been pointed out that this mater is arising out of complaint case and only summon has been issued. 3. On query made by the Court, learned counsel appearing for --1-- A. B. A. No. 2007 of 2026 the petitioners fairly submits that NBW has not been issued. 4. In that view of the matter, there is no apprehension and the petitioner is required to comply the summon, as such this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to comply the summon.
