THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING: ORDER The petitioner in this writ petition has called in question the transfer and appointment of the seventh respondent as Headmaster of Sri Narashimha High School run by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Education Society. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State has placed on record a communication dated 14. 11. 2018, by which the seventh respondent who was posted as the Headmaster to the school of the petitioners is now transferred and posted to some other school. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner that the seventh respondent is holding the post of Headmaster in the school, no longer survives for consideration at the hands of this Court and the writ petition is rendered infructuous. 3. In view of the communication dated 14. 11. 2018, the grievance of the petitioners is rendered infructuous.
