Learned State Counsel at the very outset submits that petitioners has alternative remedy under Section 460 of the Revenue Code with regard to prayer so made. 4.
Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that petitioners' representation dated 05. 09. 2024 may be treated as an application under Section 460 of the Revenue Code and appropriate orders shall be passed following due procedure indicated in Revenue Code. Such orders may be passed expeditiously after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned. 5. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
