3, does not affect the validity of Annexure P-2, as within the apposite interregnum, the validity, of, afore Annexure, Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? …2… rather stands protected. Consequently, if the petitioner occurs in the select list, the respondents concerned may, subject to verification, of, the afore annexure, in all respects, accept the afore certificate(s).
