Agrawal Order on Board 05/11/2020 1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing. 2. In the instant second appeal SPC has been issued to the appellants. According to the office report SPC has been served to appellants No. 4, 5, 6 & 8, but due to death of appellants No. 1, 2 & 3 and appellant No. 7 is not residing at present address, SPC has been unserved to them. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the instant second appeal, therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the instant second appeal. 3.
