Thapa, learned counsel for the respondent. 4. Accordingly, the prayer in the Misc. Case is allowed, and the paragraphs No. 9 and 10 of the judgment dated 05. 08. 2024, Misc. Case No. 4(T) of 2020 stands corrected and should be read as Misc. Case No. 1(T) of 2020. 5. This Misc. Case is disposed of. Certified copy will be issued accordingly.
