Hence seeks to grant stay of all further proceedings in C. C. No. 286 of 2O24 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Narayanpet. In view of the said circumstances, and on perusal of the record, this Court is inclined to stay all further proceedings in C. C.
