ORDER: t THE HC)\OURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN i CRIMMINAL PETITION No. 6772 OF 2020 ORDER: This is an application for anticipatory bail. The petitioner is accused No. 3 in Crime No. 303 of 2020 pending on the file of Khanapuram Hrrveli Police Station, Khammam District. The oflences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 363 and 506 read rl ith 321 IPC. 2. Fleard Mr. D. Bhakar Reddy, leamed counsel for the petitioner ancl tl:. : learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the rec. rrcl 3. In the i:omplaint dated 15. 09. 2020 the allegation against the petitioner is thar. he has assisted A I in taking awa) the de /'acto complainant along with him on 07. 09. 2020 at about 1 1. 30 p. rn.. on his vehicle. Except that, there is no other allegation against the petitioner. 'Ihis Court has regular bails to Al and A2. A4 and ,A5 were 6r'anted 'l also on bajl. he lnvestigating Officer has already recorded the statements of I 2 rvitnesses including the material witnesses. 4.
Consicering the said aspects and also the fact that the petitioner is a strrCent, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail I to the petitioner - accused No. 3. 5. Accor dingly, the Criminal Petition is allou'ed and tire petrlroner i\3 is glanted anticipatory bail on the firllor'r,ing conditions: i) The pctitioner - accused No. 3 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Khanapuram Haveli Police Station, Khammam District, within a period of fifteen (15) days from today, and on such surrender, the Station House Officer, Khanapuram Haveli Police Station, Khammam District, shall release the petitioner on bail on his executing a personal bond Ibr a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) rvith tuo sureties lbr a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Station I louse Officer. ii) The petitioner accused No. 3 shall abide by the conditions -stipulated in Section 438 (2) of Cr. P. C and cooperate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the crime.
iii) The petitioner accused No. 3 shall personally appear befol'e -the concemed Investigating Officer on every Sunday between 10. 00 AM and 5. 00 PN4, till completion of investigation and filing of final report.
