This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of bail to the Petitioner in connection with C. T. Case No. 989 of 2024 arising out of Maitri Vihar P. S. Case No. 238 of 2024 for alleged commission of offence under section 294/307/323/325/34 of I. P. C. pending before the Court of learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar. 4. The Petitioner moved an application for bail before the Court of th 4 Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, which was rejected on 18. 11. 2024. 5.
Perused the Case Diary and materials available on record. 6. Considering the submission made and after going through the materials placed, this Court is inclined to direct for release of the Petitioner on bail subject to such terms and condition as deem fit Page 1 of 2. and proper by the learned Court in seisin of the matter but with a further condition that Petitioner shall not indulge himself in similar nature of criminal cases in future, which will entail cancellation of the bail. 7.
