It appears that the status of the wife has been disputed. 3. The court below has given the finding. 4. It is settled law that the finding given under Section 125 of Cr. P. C. is not final rather the revisionist has a liberty to get the status declared by competent proceeding. 5. In view of above legal position, learned counsel for the revisionist seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal revision with a liberty to approach the family court again after declaration of the status of the parties. 6.
