It is submitted by Mr. Tarun Kanta Pattanayak, learned counsel that in Vakalatnama his name appears but inadvertently it is typed as ‘Nayak’ in cause list. Accordingly, it is directed name of Mr. T. K. Pattanayak shall be indicated in the cause list as well as case brief appearing for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner-husband is before this Court seeking transfer of the Cr. P. No. 161 of 2025 U/s. 144 of BNSS, 2023 by invoking Section 407 of Cr. P. C. (since repealed and substituted by parimateria provision contained in Section 447 of BNSS, 2023). The Cr. P.
has been initiated by the wife in the marriage before the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara which is sought to be transferred to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack. 3. Memo of date is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which states thus: “The petitioner prays for withdrawal of the above case. ” Memo shall be taken on record. Scanned copy be updated. 4. The petition stands disposed of. Copy of this order shall be forwarded by the Registry to the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara to be kept in the records of Cr. P.
