Meganathan, Government Advocate (For R3) ORDER nd This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2 respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application, dated 08. 10. 2024, with the assistance of rd the 3 respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 08. 10. 2024 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr. V.
Meganathan, learned Government rd Advocate (Crl. Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 3 respondent. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 2 respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after th hearing the objections, if any, from the 4 respondent, the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-nd (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 2 th respondent is directed to issue notice to the 4 respondent, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering nd the same, the 2 respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (d) There shall be no order as to costs.
