The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C. T. No. 273 of 2025 pending on the file of learned JMFC, Betnoti, arising out of Baisinga P. S. Case No. 100 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296, 115(2), 118(1), 190 of the BNS, 2023 read with Sec. 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. 4. This Court by order dated 02. 09. 2025, taking into account the nature of allegations and role ascribed to the Petitioner and his criminal antecedent being cited as accused in Baripada Town P. S. Case No.
13 of 2018 under Sections 201/302/34 IPC read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act rejected the prayer for pre-arrest bail. 5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the meanwhile the Informant has appeared before the police station and filed an affidavit denying the allegations. 6. Considering the nature of allegations notwithstanding such affidavit, this Court is not inclined to entertain this ABLAPL. 7. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands rejected. (V.
