Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction has submitted that Crime Branch PS case No. 13/2020 has now been amalgamated with CID PS Case No. 21/2020 as it relates to the same incident and charge-sheet has also been submitted vide CS No. 7/2020 dated 18. 12. 2020, within stipulated period.
