Learned advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 (Management Vina Khadpe 8. as. wp. 10192. 2010@. doc of the School) invited the Court’s attention to the Affidavit-in-Reply dated 28. 07. 2026, wherein it is stated in paragraph 13 that as per the Government Portal ‘Pavitra Teacher Recruitment’ for Sambhaji Zilha Parishad, primary section for the year 2024, it is seen that the Petitioner is appointed as teacher in a school at Bhivgaon, Borsar centre, Tal. Vaijapur, Dist. Sambhaji Nagar.
A list of the teachers from the said government portal is produced along with the said Affidavit, showing the name of the Petitioner. 5. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, since the Petitioner is not coming forward to proceed with the petition, Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 6.
