Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the records, and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has made out a sufficient case for the relief sought. 3. Accordingly, the Sub-Application is allowed. The Contempt Petition is restored to the file of this Court.
