This Court vide order dated 24. 02. 2026, passed the following: "ORDER There is no representation on behalf of the parties. th The matter is being listed for the 5 time for non-compliance of the office objections. Finally a week's time is granted to comply with office objections subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Bengaluru Professionals Benevolent Fund. " 3. Despite the said order, learned counsel for the petitioner neither paid costs of Rs. 1,000/- nor complied with the office objections, as ordered by this Court on 24. 02. 2026. - 3 - CRL.
