No. 30065 OF 2014 JUDGMENT Dated this the 17th day of July 2020 nd This writ petition challenges Ext. P4 proceedings of the 2 respondent. According to the petitioner, within a period of nine days nd from Ext. P3, the 2 timing conference was carried out and the same is contrary to law as is settled by the decisions in Krishnankutty v. John [1992 [2] KLT 883] and M. C. Kumaran v. K. M.
Jacob and Another [1995 [1] KLJ 296]. It is seen from the proceedings in this writ petition that, an interim order of stay of Ext. P4 was granted on 13. 11. 2014 in which nd the 2 respondent was permitted to operate as per the timings in Ext. P3. There seems to have been no objection from either side in respect of the interim order as the same has been continuing for the last six years. In the aforesaid circumstances, making the interim order absolute, this writ petition is disposed of leaving liberty to the parties to act in accordance with law.
