This is an application for substitution of the sole appellant, who is stated to have expired on 23. 02. 2024. 2. Mr. A. S. Siddiqui, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. D. Hynniewta, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant being the youngest daughter has stepped into the shoes of the deceased appellant in respect of the suit property, and prays that she may be substituted in place of her deceased mother. 3. Mr. C. C. T. Sangma, learned counsel for the respondent, has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the applicant Smti. Alma Kurbah shall be substituted in place of the deceased sole appellant Smti (L) Hirbon Kurbah. 5. This Misc. Case is allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Meghalaya 21. 03. 2024 “V. Lyndem-PS”
