The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent/ MCD to allot plot no. 222 at Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi (‘subject plot’) in the name/ favour of the petitioner. 2. In this regard, attention of the Court has been drawn to a show cause th notice issued by the respondent/ MCD to the petitioner on 10 March, 2015. th The said show cause notice was replied to by the petitioner on 18 March, st 2015. A representation was also filed on 31 May, 2016 seeking allotment of the subject plot. 3.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that no decision has been taken by the respondent/ MCD till date with regard to the aforesaid representations. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent/ MCD to decide the representations filed by the petitioner on This is a digitally signed order.
