S to 13:---- The Court made the following: ORDER "\I THE HON'BLE SRIJUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 21814 of 2020 ORDER: ln thrs writ petition, the complaint of the petitioner is that the official respondents have colluded with the unofficial respondents to grab the School established by him.
Learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 submits that the petitioner's sister established the School but not the petitioner, as such, he has no manner of right. She also submits that the allegations made by the petitioner against the Officers are unfounded. Though various submissions have been urged before this Court, respondent No. 2-Commissioner and Director of School Education, State of Telangana, did not choose to respond to the complaint of the petitioner giving a scope to him to approach this Court by making a complaint of inaction on his part. ln those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No. 2 to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner after calling for information from his subordinate Officers, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Itliscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
