He, therefore, prays that the learned Rent Tribunal, Bhilwara may be directed to decide the same expeditiously. Considering the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Rent Tribunal, Bhilwara to decide the pending application preferred before it expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
