Also heard Mr. Thiba Phom, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents. This is an application under section 5 of the Limita-tion Act, 1963 praying for condonation of delay of 196 days delay in preferring the connected appeal. The learned counsel for the State respondents sub-mits that he has no objection if the delay is condoned. Accordingly, delay stands condoned.
