Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner here i r fired c. M. A. 31g of 2024 before this Court, which n,as allowed vi<l juclgment dated 21. 03. 2025, and the interim order passed by e trial Court in Arb. O. P. No. 184 of 2022 was vacated. Therefore, the p :titioner submitted his represcntation to respondent No. 3 0n 12. o3. 2,,2(> -equesting deretion of the subjcct property from the prohibitory list. Hov, ver, no action has been taken thereon so far. Therefore, learned counsel :eeks indulgence of this Court to direct respondent No. 3 to consider the s i me and delete the subject property from the prohibitory list at the earliest 4.
