The application has been filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1953 read with Rule-2(2) of Chapter V-A of the Gauhati High Court Rules, praying for condonation of the delay of 82 days in filing the connected appeal against the judgment & order dated 22/12/2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W. P. (C) No. 159/2020. The ground for condonation has been explained in paragraph-2, 3 & 4 of the application. We have perused the application more particularly, the paragraph-2, 3 & 4 and we are satisfied that the applicant has satisfactorily explained the delay. The delay of 82 days is accordingly condoned.
