J. ), This application has been filed by the applicants to condone the delay of 59 days in filing the connected appeal. 2. Mr. S. Vijayanand Sharma, learned Sr. PCCG, appears for the Union of India and Mr. S. Serto T. Kom, learned counsel, appears for the respondent through video conferencing. 3. Respondents have filed their counter affidavit. 4. We have perused the reasons given in the counter affidavit filed by the respondent for rejection of the condonation application. 5. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned Sr. PCCG appearing for the applicants and the reasons stated in the affidavit, and in light of the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Esha Bhattacharjee Vs. Raghunathpur Nafar Academy, (2013) 12 SCC 649, we are inclined to allow the application. 7. Accordingly, the delay of 59 (fifty-nine) days in filing the writ appeal is condoned.
