Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court on 03. 09. 2024 will come in the way in case he files an application for amendment before the Central Administrative Tribunal because trial court has dismissed his application seeking amendment. 2. Learned counsel further submits that the observation made in para No. 5 will come in his way before the Tribunal while the matter is being considered. To this extent, he seeks review of the order. 3.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the issue involved in the petition is a matter to be heard by the Central Administrative Tribunal, therefore, in case the petitioner intends to file an application for amendment, the order passed by this Court on 03. 09. 2024 will not come in his way. The Tribunal can independently consider the application in case any application for amendment is made and secondly observation made in para No. 5 regarding the opinion of the Court will also not come in the way. 4. This review petition stands disposed of and shall made part of the judgment dated 03. 09. 2024.
