The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to declare the order of postponement dated 28. 12. 2023 with regard to the E tender publication notice dated 22. 12. 2023 vide Bid ID No-20 EELID KJA- 2-23-2024 dated 01. 11. 2023 for package No. 29 of Block-Jashipur, L. I. Project Sanjunposi-I and II as illegal and unsustainable in the eye of law and further to issue direction to the Opposite Parties to reimburse Rs. 7 lakhs compensation for the loss suffered by him for the postponement of the aforesaid work order. 4.
Since the petitioner seeks for direction to the Opposite Parties to reimburse amount of Rs. 7 lakhs compensation for the loss, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, this Court permits the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with the terms of the DTCN/Agreement executed between the parties. 5.
