Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned nd Government Pleader and the learned Standing counsel for the 2 respondent, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing that Ext. P1 application filed st by the petitioner shall be considered by the 1 respondent after affording an nd opportunity hearing to the petitioner and to the 2 respondent KSRTC within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
