The matter comes upon an application seeking modification in the order dated 20. 01. 2025 passed by this Court in S. B. Criminal Writ Petition No. 164/2025. 2. It is averred in the application that in the order dated 20. 01. 2025, the direction was given to the petitioner to appear before the concerned Superintendent of Police and to move a representation but the Superintendent of Police did not pay any heed to the representation. 3. For the reasons stated and ground mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. 4. Now it is directed to the petitioner to appear before the IG Range, Udaipur on or before 15. 02. 2025 and to move a representation. It is expected from the IG Range, Udaipur to go through the niceties of the matter and hear the petitioner patiently and if element of fear is perceived then necessary directions be passed to the appropriate authorities so that no harm may be caused to the life and liberty of the petitioner by taking the law in hand.
