P. --------- 02/26. 02. 2020 Heard Ms. Kirti Saboo, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Naveen Kr. Gaunjhu, learned A. P. P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Misc. Criminal Application No. 385/2019, arising out of Chakradharpur (Rail) P. S. Case No. 14/2004, corresponding to G. R. No. 93/2004 (S. T. No. 111/2019). The informant and his associates were assaulted by the miscreants and Rs. 55,000/- was looted. One of the co-accused Danial Pal has been granted bail by this Court in B. A. No. 8087 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 29. 10. 2018.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chaibasa in connection with Misc. Criminal Application No. 385/2019, arising out of Chakradharpur (Rail) P. S. Case No. 14/2004, corresponding to G. R. No. 93/2004 (S. T. No. 111/2019), subject to the condition that he shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial. (R. Mukhopadhyay, J. ) Alok/-
