The present criminal appeal has been filed against the order dated 30. 01. 2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (SC/ST), Bokaro in C. P. Case No. 762 of 2022 corresponding to SC/ST Case No.
1 of 2024 whereby the learned Court has taken cognizance against the appellant for the offence punishable under Section 323,341,385,506 of the IPC read with Section 3(1)(g)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Tribes ( Prevention of Atrocities) Act and directed issuance of summons against the appellant. The case is pending before the learned Special Judge (SC/ST), Bokaro. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal with a liberty to file a discharge petition before the learned Trial Court. 4. If any such petition is filed, the learned Trial Court is directed to consider the same and pass a reasonable order after giving due opportunities to the parties. 5.
