Instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner for a direction to opposite party No. 4 to correct the RoR disposing of the th application i. e. Annexure-3 dated 18 January, 2023 on the grounds stated. 3. The submission of Mr. Mohanty, learned ASC for the State is recorded. 4. Since the correction is with regard to the plot involved as per mutation RoR i. e. Annexure-2, considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and since the request for correction is pending as per Annexure-3, the Court is inclined to direct opposite party No. 4 to attend to the same at the earliest. 5. Hence, it is ordered. 6.
In the result, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to opposite party No. 4 to consider and examine Annexure-3 and to take a decision on the same with regard to correction of the plot in mutation RoR i. e. Annexure-2 at the earliest preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without further delay. 7.
