ANIMA M,GOVERNMENT PLEADER THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 10. 04. 2025, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: 2025:KER:31454 WP(C) NO. 15097 of 2025 3 JUDGMENT th Dated this the 10 day of April, 2025 st The 1 petitioner is the General Manager of the nd Corporate Agency. The 2 petitioner is working as Junior st Hindi Teacher at HI BHS, Varapuzha coming under the 1 petitioner. Aggrieved by Exts. P7 and P8, the petitioners have preferred Ext. P9 Revision Petition. 2. The contention of the petitioners is that the post of HST (Hindi) ought to have been retained as Junior Hindi Teacher in view of Ext.
P6, which enables the educational authorities to convert HST (Hindi) post to Junior Hindi Teacher. 3. Be that as it may, from the pleadings, I find that the petitioners have preferred Ext. P9 Revision Petition before the st 1 respondent in this regard. As the petitioners have already invoked statutory revisional remedy, it would be only 2025:KER:31454 WP(C) NO. 15097 of 2025 4 st appropriate that the 1 respondent passes orders on Ext. P9 within a reasonable time. st The writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the 1 respondent to consider Ext. P9 Revision Petition and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four months, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. The nd 2 petitioner will be permitted to continue till a decision is taken on Ext. P9. Sd/- N. NAGARESH JUDGE hmh 2025:KER:31454 WP(C) NO.
