It is alleged that on 14. 08. 2020, informant was returning to Giridih after collecting money from his customers. When he reached Karodih Petrol Pump, four miscreants on motorcycles looted his bag, containing Rs. 1,34,762/- It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on T.
I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted, that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by coordinate bench of this court. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.
