JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR, JUDGE ORDER 24. 12. 2020 By virtue of order dated 01. 10. 2018, this Court had directed the respondents to consider the representation of the villagers of Village Pallali, who were adverse to the construction of the road under the PMGSY Scheme. The grievance was that the plans already prepared had been altered and that the road was being constructed as per the plan, which was not approved.
Compliance report has been filed, in which a stand is taken that pursuant to the directions passed by this Court, on the directions of the Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar, the concerned AEE and Junior Engineer had proceeded to conduct a detailed survey on three-four occasions in the month of May & June, 2019, but the local inhabitants of that area at the behest of the petitioner did not permit the said team to conduct survey. CPOWP No. 40/2019 It that be the case, it would be open to the official respondents to seek help from the concerned SSP for providing adequate security with a view to enable them to discharge their official duties. Let a survey be conducted with a view to addresses the issues raised by the petitioners and to show due compliance to the directions contained in the order dated 01. 10. 2018 passed by this Court.
