Learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that the proceeding initiated under Annexure-2 is a vague one and there is no specific charge made against the Petitioner with regard to the alleged misconduct. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation on the other hand contended that no. of charges has been framed against the Petitioner in the proceeding in question and in support of such charges, documents have been relied on vide Annexure-III to the proceeding. Page 1 of 2. 5. At this point of time, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that he may be granted liberty to move Opp. Party No. 3 to get the documents basing on which the proceeding has been initiated. 6. Considering the submission, it is open for the Petitioner to make an appropriate application seeking the document so relied on by the Corporation while initiating the proceeding under Annexure-2. 7. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
