The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kandi P. S. Case No. 112 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Rajendra st Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1 Class, Garhwa. 3. The wife of the informant committed suicide. It is alleged that the petitioner had duped her by opening a bank account in her name.
The petitioner took loan against the same account, due to which, the deceased became stressed and committed suicide. 4. It was submitted that the police have not submitted chargesheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. It was further submitted that the mobile number, which was attached to the account of the deceased, does not belong to the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri st Rajendra Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1 Class, Garhwa, or his successor, in connection with Kandi P.
