Shambhu @ Shambhudia and Kailash @ Kalashia have expired. Death certificate of petitioner No. 1 Shambhu alongwith report of Motbir with regard to death of petitioner No. 2 Kailash @ Kalashia is submitted with the report of the Public Prosecutor.
Death certificate and report of Motbir are hereby taken on record. In view of submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the death certificate of petitioner No. 1 Shambhu @ Shambhudia and report of Motbir with regard to death of petitioner No. 2 Kailash @ Kalashia. Since both the petitioners have expired, therefore, nothing survives in this present revision petition.
