At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that he does not intend to challenge memorandum dt. 16. 12. 2024 so issued under Anenxure-6. 3. 1. However, it is contended that even though the Petitioner was otherwise entitled to get the benefit of regularization from their initial date of appointment, but they have been regularized w. e. f 22. 04. 2019. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No. 1 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No. 1 be communicated to the Petitioner. 6.
