Statement accepted. 3. Furthermore against the order of demolition, a Panchayat Appeal is filed.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, we request the Director of Panchayat to decide the appeal expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date this order is placed before it. 5. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate further pointed out that the appeal is pending before the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority(GCZMA) for hearing.
