The said order is taken on record and marked as documents ‘X’ and ‘Y’. The operative part of the said order reads as under: “…The Civil Appeal is disposed of as having become infructuous. The contempt proceedings are dropped and the contempt notice is discharged. As a result, the pending interlocutory applications, including the application for intervention, stands disposed of. ” In view of the above, and as the parties are not appearing despite of receipt of notice, this contempt petition stands closed.
