Mahindra, learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present amendment application. Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is of Page 1 the considered view that it will be in the interest of justice to allow the amendment as proposed in the present application and to hear the said miscellaneous application on merit. Accordingly, the present amendment application is hereby allowed. Applicants are directed to file recast of the MC (L. A. App. ) No. 15 of 2023.
