The short grievance, which has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has already filed a detailed reply pursuant to the show cause notice issued on 16. 07. 2024 issued by the respondent No. 2, which has been placed on record as Annexure-VI in the instant petition, which till date, has not been accorded due consideration by the said respondent and feeling aggrieved of the same, the petitioner has filed the instant petition. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length and perused the record. 3. Issue notice. 4. On asking of the Court, Mr.

Amit Gupta, learned AAG causes appearance and waives notice on behalf of the respondents. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied, in case a direction is issued to the respondent No. 2 to accord due consideration to the reply so filed by the petitioner to the show cause notice dated 16. 07. 2024 within some reasonable time. 6. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he is not averse to the said proposition of the petitioner, provided the consideration is accorded strictly under rules and as per law. 7. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of, at the threshold, with a direction to the respondent No. 2-Divisional Forest Officer, Jammu Forest Division, Jammu to accord due consideration to the reply so filed by the petitioner pursuant to the show cause notice dated 16. 07.

2024 issued by the said respondent, within a period of four weeks from today strictly in accordance with the rules and as per law.
