Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the said aspect. He further seeks liberty to question the correctness of the decision taken pursuant to this Court’s order. 8. The contempt proceeding is accordingly dropped with the liberty as sought for on behalf of the petitioner. 9. The personal appearance of the officer stands dispensed with.
