IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI A. B. A. No. 6193 of 2020 --- Dilawar Mian @ Dilawar Ansari … … Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand … … Opposite Party --- CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY --- For the Petitioner : Mr. Kamdeo Pandey, Advocate For the Opposite Party : Mrs. Nehala Sharmin, A. P. P. --- 2/16. 12. 2020 Heard the parties. Defect no. 9 (i) as pointed out by the office is ignored. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanwar P. S. Case No. 260 of 2020. It has been alleged that some bovine animals were slaughtered and there remains were buried. The accused persons including the petitioner were suspected to be involved in disposing off the carcasses. The petitioner seems to have been implicated merely on suspicion. It appears that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. On consideration of the above, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Dhanwar P. S. Case No. 260 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This application stands allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J) R. Shekhar Cp 3
